Sarah has over 10 years’ experience resolving disputes using both formal and informal mechanisms for governments, governmental agencies and international organisations, as well as multinational corporations.

Sarah advises clients across a number of sectors on risk management and governance issues associated with the developing ESG agenda, with a focus on business and human rights issues, including emerging regulatory and "soft" law standards and what this means for parent companies, companies at the top of supply chains, and investors. Sarah has experience of mass tort claims (litigation) against parent companies and is also experienced in developing private grievance mechanisms, advising on complaints to non-judicial grievance mechanisms and other advisory work in this area.

Sarah is also the UK Chair of DLA Piper’s award winning Leadership Alliance for Women and has been shortlisted for a Chambers Diversity & Inclusion award.
