The Center for Child-Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility (CCR CSR) has been a pioneer in advising businesses on child rights since 2009. Our team has extensive experience and expertise in helping companies improve, develop and implement sustainability strategies, programs and projects related to children, juvenile and student workers and migrant parents. Working in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Laos and Indonesia, CCR CSR directly engages with suppliers and stakeholders affected by companies’ supply chains.

As Executive Director, Ines leads and manages CCR CSR’s business and services across the region, and works in close cooperation with partners, clients, and Save the Children family members.

Ines brings in a wealth of knowledge of supply chain management including business and human rights in the Chinese context from her previous positions as Director of Learning and Impact at Elevate and Director of Assessment and Capacity Building at the Fair Labour Association in Shanghai. She also has a wealth of experience working in the field of child rights abroad, including holding positions at the Fair Labour Association in Geneva.

Ines holds a PHD in Sociology of Religion from University of Fribourg and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Law & Sociology of Religion from University of Fribourg. She is fluent in German, English, French, Chinese and Spanish.
