I am a Professor of Employment Relations in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics. My research interests are in Corporate Social Responsibility and International Labour Standards; employment relations; gender, employment and households, as well as employment relations and workers’ movements.My teaching at LSE focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility and International Labour Standards. I am currently working on a project on the governance of global supply chains in the garment industry, involving collaborators in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Australia and Bangladesh. The project analyses the success of initiatives to improve labour standards in garment supply chains. More details can be found at www.garmentgov.de
